How to Use Flap Discs？
Usage Instructions：
Mount the Flap Disc: Securely mount the flap disc onto a standard angle grinder, ensuring the correct bore size matches the grinder spindle. Tighten according to the manufacturer's torque recommendations.
Check Condition: Inspect the disc for any visible damage, cracks or uneven wear before each use. Never use a damaged flap disc.
Apply Proper Angle: Maintain a working angle of approximately 15–30 degrees between the flap disc and the workpiece surface for optimal material removal and surface finish.
Use PPE: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and dust mask when operating angle grinders with flap discs.
